Installing a Crankshaft Gear in Your Car:

Securing the Gear: Once the gear is aligned, secure it in place using the specified bolts or locking compound. Follow the manufacturer's torque specifications for tightening the bolts, as over-tightening can damage the threads or gear, while under-tightening can result in the gear loosening over time.
Checking Alignment: After securing the gear, double-check its alignment to ensure it is perfectly centered on the crankshaft. Misalignment can cause vibrations, excessive wear, and even failure of the gear.
Reassembly and Testing: Replace any removed parts or components, ensuring they are properly torqued and secured. Fill the engine with oil and perform a visual inspection to ensure there are no leaks. Start the engine and allow it to run for a few minutes, checking for any unusual noises or vibrations. If everything is functioning correctly, the installation is complete.
